Your Situation Is Simpler Than Most
Lavenday doesn't collect your name or any profile details. The only piece of personal information tied to your account is your email address, and even that is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash, not the actual address. Every post and comment you make is displayed under a random anonymous identity that changes with each post.
That means "deletion" is essentially just removing your account record. Your content was never publicly identifiable as yours in the first place.
Step-by-Step
- Send an email to support@icecurve.com from the email address associated with your Lavenday account.
- Use a subject like "Account Deletion Request" so we can find it quickly.
- We'll verify the request, perform the deletion, and confirm when it is complete.
What We Delete
- Your account record
- Your interaction data (likes, dislikes, votes, follows, and similar engagement records)
- Any profile settings or preferences tied to the account
- The link between your account and your posts and comments is removed; the posts themselves remain as anonymous community content, with nothing tying them back to you
- If a specific post contains personal information in the body that you want scrubbed, mention it in your deletion email and we'll remove that post as well
What We May Retain (and Why)
A non-reversible hash of your email address may be kept solely to enforce bans, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of the service. This is the same mechanism described in our Privacy Policy.
The hash cannot be used to contact you, identify you, or build any kind of profile. It exists only as a fingerprint that lets us recognise a repeat ban-evasion attempt.
